Following is a transcript of the Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands, Mr Michael Suen's media stand-up after attending a radio programme this (October 11) evening:
Reporter: How do you expect the land auction tomorrow?
Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands: I think various people have commented on the possible sale price. I don't think it would be appropriate for me here to speculate on the amount which we would fetch in the auction. We'll find this out tomorrow.
Reporter: How do you see ...
Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands: As you know, there are still a fair number of lots within the Application List which have not been triggered. There are still six months left in the sales programme and I expect that during the remaining six months, there will be other lots which will be triggered.
