The Lands Department announced today (March 10) that a site, Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 522 at the junction of Kwai Chung Road and Kwai On Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, in the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on March 18 and close on April 29.
Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 522 has a site area of about 567 square metres and is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 3,232 sq m and 5,386 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by March 18, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
