The Lands Department today (February 3) announced that the tender for a site, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6534 at the junction of Fuk Wing Street, Camp Street and Fuk Wa Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Allied Glory Development Limited (parent company: Vanke Property (Hong Kong) Company Limited) on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,306,220,200.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6534 has a site area of about 3,173 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 17,135 sq m and 28,557 sq m respectively. Both include the gross floor area of Government Accommodation, being a refuse collection point, and a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser. The maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes is 23,797 sq m.
