The Lands Department announced today (August 24) that a site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 617 at On Yiu Street, Shek Mun, Sha Tin, New Territories, in the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on September 4 and close on October 16.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 617 has a site area of about 1,700 square metres and is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 9,690 sq m and 16,150 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by September 4, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
