The Lands Department announced today (October 12) that two residential sites in the 2012-13 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 125 in Area 68A1, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, and Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11229 at Kwun Chung Street, Kowloon. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on November 9 and close on December 7.
Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 125 has a site area of about 15,969 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 23,954 square metres and 39,923 square metres respectively, of which not less than 19,163 square metres and not exceeding 31,938 square metres are for private residential purposes. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 400.
Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11229 has a site area of about 271.3 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 1,465 square metres and 2,441 square metres respectively, of which not exceeding 2,034 square metres are for private residential purposes.
The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by November 9, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
