Tenders awarded for two residential sites

The Lands Department today (May 30) announced that the tenders for two residential sites had been awarded on 50-year land grant at a total premium of $6,015.01 million.
Rural Building Lot No.1190 at Deep Water Bay Drive, Hong Kong was awarded to Cheerwide Investment Limited at $6,000 million. Lot No. 673 in Demarcation District Peng Chau at Tung Wan, Peng Chau, New Territories was awarded to Ocean Gain Construction Limited at $15.01 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the two sites to the highest tenderers," a Government spokesman said.
The tenderers other than the successful tenderer in respect of each lot in alphabetical order were:

Rural Building Lot No.1190 has a site area of about 10,249 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 13,831 square metres and 23,052.26 square metres respectively.
Lot No.673 in Demarcation District Peng Chau has a site area of about 1,142.5 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 514 square metres and 856.8 square metres respectively.
