The Lands Department announced today (November 4) that the site at Area 66B2, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 119, in the 2011-12 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on December 2, 2011 and close on January 6, 2012.
Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 119 has a site area of about 8,246 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 27,212 square metres and 45,353 square metres respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 590 and shall not exceed 620.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by December 2, 2011, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
