The Lands Department announced today (April 29) that two residential sites in the 2011-2012 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public auction.
The two sites at Borrett Road, Hong Kong, Inland Lot No. 8949, and at Ping Kwai Road, Ping Shan, Yuen Long, Lot No. 2129 in Demarcation District No. 121, will be disposed of by public auction, which will be held on June 9 at Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wan Chai.
Inland Lot No. 8949 has a site area of about 10 488 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 24 264 square metres and 40 440 square metres respectively.
Lot No. 2129 in Demarcation District No. 121 has a site area of about 6 076 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 3 645 square metres and 6 076 square metres respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for Inland Lot No. 8949 and Lot No. 2129 in Demarcation District No. 121 will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website (http://www.landsd.gov.hk/) by May 20, when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
