The Geotechnical Engineering Office (GEO) of the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) will stage a six-day exhibition on Tuesday (December 28) on slope safety and maintenance at Phase 1, Tai Wo Shopping Centre, Tai Wo Estate, Tai Po, New Territories.
Opening from 10am to 6pm, the exhibition features various aspects of slope safety and slope maintenance through colourful illustrations and photographs. Interesting quiz games will also be held at the venue from 2pm to 6pm on January 2.
Information on landslide warnings and danger as well as precautionary measures is on display.
The GEO's Community Advisory Unit will also conduct a "Meet the Public" session from 2pm to 5pm on January 2 to answer questions about slope safety and slope maintenance.
