In response to media enquiries on change in concept of the Discovery Bay development as mentioned in the Legislative Council Public Accounts Committee Report No 43, a spokesman for the Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau gave the following reply today (February 23):
"We have already undertaken to submit a report to the Executive Council about the change in concept of the Discovery Bay development shortly."
