The Acting Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands, Mr. Patrick Lau this (Thursday) evening said he was deeply saddened to hear of the death of the five Environmental Protection Department 0fficers who were killed in a traffic accident while carrying out their duties for Hong Kong this afternoon. Mr. Lau extends his heartfelt condolences to the families of those involved.
