A Government spokesman said, "The measures are to extend the 75 per cent reduction of the water and sewage charges for non-domestic accounts for eight months from December 1, 2022, to July 31, 2023, subject to a monthly cap of $20,000 and $12,500 respectively for each meter covered by a water bill. The regulations will be tabled at the Legislative Council on November 23 for negative vetting."
