The Lands Department (LandsD) announced today (June 17) that a site, Inland Lot No. 8872 at Hospital Road, Hong Kong, in the 2022-23 Land Sale Programme, will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on June 24 and close on July 22.
Inland Lot No. 8872 has a site area of about 499.1 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 2,396 sq m and the maximum gross floor area that may be attained is 3,992.8 sq m.
Land sale documents including the Form of Tender, the Tender Notice, the Conditions of Sale and the sale plan of the lot will be available for downloading from the LandsD website (www.landsd.gov.hk) from June 24, while the sale plan will be available for inspection by the public from the same day until the close of the tender. The sale plan in hard copy form may also be purchased at the Survey and Mapping Office of the LandsD, 23/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, from June 24 until the close of the tender. The particulars of the tender will be gazetted on June 24.
