As the COVID-19 outbreak remains severe, the office of the Secretariat of the Appeal Tribunal (Buildings) (ATB) located in Rooms 1005-06, 10/F, Wing On Kowloon Centre, 345 Nathan Road, Kowloon, will be temporarily closed to the public with effect from tomorrow (March 1) and until further notice. The Secretariat staff will work from home during the period of closure.
Members of the public are advised to avoid submitting documents to the Secretariat of the ATB in person as far as possible. They may visit the ATB's website (www.atb.gov.hk) for alternative means of submitting documents. Members of the public who still prefer to submit the relevant documents in person may make the submissions at the Development Bureau (Planning and Lands Branch) located at 18/F, West Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday.
