The Lands Department announced today (February 17) that in respect of the tender for the site Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 245 at On Kui Street, Fanling, New Territories, which was awarded on January 18 to the successful tenderer, Ample Skill Limited (parent company: Chevalier International Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $297,400,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
(1) $119,000,000
(2) $44,000,000
