The Lands Department announced today (April 29) that in respect of the tender for the site Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11238 at Reclamation Street and Shanghai Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, which was awarded on April 1 to the successful tenderer, Eagle Legend Engineering Management Consulting Company Limited (parent company: Eagle Legend Asia Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $85,900,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:

(3) $13,000,000
(4) $11,800,000
