Mr Kenneth LAU Ip-keung, Chairman of the Heung Yee Kuk New Territories, considers that the greatest significance of the “San Tin Timewalk” lies in “connection and revitalisation”, particularly for San Tin which has an abundance of historical buildings and a clan culture.
