Secretary for Development: The resignation of Mr Cheung will not have significant impact on the work of the Urban Renewal Authority in the short term, because the work plan of the authority had already been submitted to the Development Bureau. Our recommendation got the endorsement from the Financial Secretary. We are in the process of identifying a suitable replacement. When we have identified such a candidate and gone through our internal procedures, we will make the announcement at an appropriate time. Thank you.
