The Secretary for Development, Mrs Carrie Lam, will visit Shanghai from tomorrow (May 20) to May 23 and tour Expo 2010 Shanghai China (Shanghai Expo).
Mrs Lam will visit the Hongqiao Integrated Transport Hub on May 21. She will meet officials of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Land Resources and the Shanghai Municipal Housing Support and Building Administration Bureau to exchange views on issues of urban planning, land use and building controls.
Mrs Lam will tour the Shanghai Expo on May 22 and will visit the China Pavilion and Hong Kong Pavilion, as well as Hong Kong's Urban Best Practices Area exhibition.
Mrs Lam will return to Hong Kong on May 23.
