The Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan (fifth left), today (September 29) chairs the first meeting of the Working Group on Devising Development and Operation Models under the Committee on Development of the Northern Metropolis. Also attending are the Deputy Financial Secretary, Mr Michael Wong (fourth left); the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Christopher Hui (third left); the Secretary for Development, Ms Bernadette Linn (fourth right); the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Algernon Yau (sixth left), etc.
