The study tour on national water infrastructure, culture and technology, jointly organised by the Water Supplies Department, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers, concluded in Beijing today (July 25). The Secretary for Development, Ms Bernadette Linn, led the tour to attend a seminar this morning, where she made concluding remarks and shared insights about the tour with the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office (HKMAO) of the State Council and the Ministry of Water Resources.
