The Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie Lam, today (June 16) officiated at the launching ceremony of "Summer·Harbour", a harbourfront event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. New pop-up summer precincts are being launched at six harbourfront sites, including the HarbourChill in Wan Chai with the theme of "Midsummer Hot Air Balloons".
