SDEV attends opening ceremony of Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival (2019/01/05)

The Secretary for Development, Mr Michael Wong (second left), officiated at the launch of a youth ice hockey game between Hong Kong and Harbin in Harbin today (January 5). The Hong Kong team, comprising 14 young players aged 10 and 11, was invited to compete in the International Youth Ice Hockey Invitational Tournament held during this year's Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival.
