The Lands Department announced today (February 24) that a residential site and a commercial site in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are Sha Tin Town Lot No. 605 at Lok Wo Sha Lane, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin, New Territories, and New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6313 at the junction of Cheung Yip Street, Sheung Yee Road and Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on March 27 and close on May 8.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 605 has a site area of about 5,830 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 12,593 sq m and 20,988 sq m respectively.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6313 has a site area of about 3,795 sq m and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, hotel, godown, petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 27,324 sq m and 45,540 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by March 27, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
