The Lands Department announced today (August 26) that a site, Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 42 at Lei Yue Mun Path, Lei Yue Mun, Kowloon, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on September 26 and close on November 21.
Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 42 has a site area of about 3,240 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 17,496 sq m and 29,160 sq m respectively, both including the gross floor area of a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 345.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by September 26, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
