The Lands Department announced today (August 26) that a site, Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 515 at King Sau Lane, Area 4, Tuen Mun, New Territories, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on September 26 and close on November 7.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 515 has a site area of about 11,048 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 26,516 sq m and 44,192 sq m respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 735.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by September 26, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
