The Lands Department today (January 12) announced that the tender for a site, Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.119 at Area 66B2, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, has been awarded to Fortune Precision Limited on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,860 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the site to the highest tenderer," a Government spokesman said.
The other tenderers, in alphabetical order, were:

(2) Enormous Asset Limited
(3) Guang Nuo Limited
(4) King Century Investments Limited
(5) Super Record Limited
(6) Team York Limited
(7) United Best Hong Kong Limited
Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.119 has a site area of about 8,246 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 27,212 square metres and 45,353 square metres respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 590 and shall not exceed 620.
