The Lands Department announced today (March 16) that three residential sites in the 2011 -2012 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public auction and tender.
A site at Ko Shan Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11184, will be disposed of by public auction, which will be held on April 27, at Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wan Chai.
Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11184 has a site area of about 1,901.7 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 8,557 square metres and 14,262 square metres respectively.
The other two sites at the junction of Gillies Avenue South and Bulkeley Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hung Hom Inland Lot No. 555, and at 5-23 Lee Kung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hung Hom Inland Lot No. 556, will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on April 29, 2011, and close on June 3, 2011.
Hung Hom Inland Lot No. 555 has a site area of about 582.3 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 3,145 square metres and 5,240.7 square metres respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 70. The size of each residential unit shall range in saleable area from 35 square metres to 40 square metres.
Hung Hom Inland Lot No. 556 has a site area of about 1,298.7 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 5,844 square metres and 9,740 square metres respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 170. The size of each residential unit shall range in saleable area from 35 square metres to 40 square metres.
The final Conditions of Sale for Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11184 and the two sites to be disposed of by tender (Hung Hom Inland Lot No. 555 and Hung Hom Inland Lot No. 556) will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website (http://www.landsd.gov.hk/) by April 8 and April 29, respectively, when the particulars of the land auction and tender will also be gazetted.
