Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works opens to the public

Commissioned in 1982 and managed by the Drainage Services Department, the treatment works serves the Sha Tin and Ma On Shan areas.

The Open Day aims at enhancing public understanding of the services provided by the department and to promote public awareness in environmental protection.
