The Permanent Secretary for Development (Works), Mr Lam Sai-hung (front row, first left), and the Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Nansha Area of Guangzhou, Mr Shi Yong (first row, first right), sign the "Cooperation Agreement between the Administrative Committee of the Nansha Area of Guangzhou of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Development Bureau" in Nansha, Guangzhou, today (September 24) to promote collaboration and interaction of the construction and related sectors in Hong Kong and Nansha.
