Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme wins 2012 IWA Project Innovation Awards (2012/07/04)

The Drainage Services Department (DSD)'s Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme has won the 2012 International Water Association Project Innovation Awards (East Asia Regional Awards) in the Planning Category.
