The Development Bureau is conducting public consultation on the dedicated legislation to accelerate the development of the Northern Metropolis, and briefed the Legislative Council Panel on Development about the legislative proposal on 24 March 2026.  For details, please refer to the Press Release, Legislative Council paper  and the presentation.
