INTRODUCTION

The Chief Executive delivered her Policy Address entitled “Treasure Hong Kong: Our Home” on 16 October 2019. This is complemented by the Policy Address Supplement (PA Supplement). Relevant extracts from the two documents covering initiatives under Development Bureau (DEVB) are set out at Annex.  This paper highlights the major initiatives therein.
