SDEV visits Kwun Tong District (25/10/2017)

The Secretary for Development, Mr Michael Wong (third left), visits Lei Yue Mun, Kwun Tong today (October 25) to inspect typhoon-affected areas and related follow-up work. Mr Wong is accompanied by the Chairman of Kwun Tong District Council, Dr Bunny Chan (second left), and the District Officer (Kwun Tong), Mr Steve Tse (first left).
The Secretary for Development, Mr Michael Wong, visited Lei Yue Mun, Kwun Tong today (October 25). Photos shows Mr Wong (second right) being briefed by the Director of Drainage Services, Mr Edwin Tong (fifth right), and the Head of Civil Engineering Office of the Civil Engineering and Development Department, Mr Ricky Lau (sixth right), on the proposed improvement works at the seashore of Lei Yue Mun, which include the provision of rock-armoured bund or gabion walls along the seashore and building of walls along the seafront footpath.
