Fly the Flyover 02 and 03 open to public (2017/09/16)

The Secretary for Development, Mr Michael Wong, today (September 16) delivers a speech at the opening of the Fly the Flyover 02 and 03 cum the award presentation ceremony of the City Dress-up Public Art Competition - Flyover Fantasy.
