SDEV conducts home visits in Kwai Tsing District under "Celebrations for All" project (22/05/2017)

Accompanied by the District Officer (Kwai Tsing), Mr Alan Lo (middle row, first right), the Secretary for Development, Mr Eric Ma (middle row, seventh left) and the Chairman of the Kwai Tsing District Council, Mr Law King-shing (middle row, seventh right), today (May 22) visited elderly households and families in need in Kwai Tsing District under the "Celebrations for All" project. At the launch ceremony, Mr Ma joined a group photo with the government officials and volunteers participating in the home visits. The other officials participating in home visits were the Acting Deputy Director of Civil Engineering and Development, Mr Robert Chan (middle row, second left); the Acting Director of Architectural Services, Mrs Sylvia Lam (middle row, third left); the Director of Drainage Services, Mr Edwin Tong (middle row, fourth left); the Director of Lands, Ms Bernadette Linn (middle row, fifth left); the Permanent Secretary for Development (Works), Mr Hon Chi-keung (middle row, sixth left); the Director of Water Supplies, Mr Enoch Lam (middle row, sixth right); the Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services, Mr Frank Chan (middle row, fifth right); the Director of Buildings, Mr Cheung Tin-cheung (middle row, fourth right); and the Land Registrar, Ms Doris Cheung (middle row, third right).
