The Lands Department today (December 24) announced that the tender for a site, Lot No. 758 in Demarcation District No. 332 at Cheung Sha, Lantau Island, New Territories, has been awarded to New Advance Limited (parent company: Neutron Property Fund Limited) on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $290 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the site to the highest tenderer," a Lands Department spokesman said.
The other tenderer was Joy Rise Limited (parent company: Sino Land Company Limited).
Lot No. 758 in Demarcation District No. 332 has a site area of about 4,212 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 2,022 sq m and 3,369 sq m respectively.
