Reporter: Are you confident that the High Court will rule in Government favour next Friday?
Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands: We have completed a study of the different requirements imposed on us under the Ordinance. The result of our review shows that we meet in every respect the higher threshold of the requirements. So we are very confident of our chances.
