Construction Safety Week holds its first carnival (2017/09/23)

The Permanent Secretary for Development (Works), Mr Hon Chi-keung, speaks at the Construction Safety Week Carnival today (September 23).
Over 400 construction practitioners and attending guests wear safety vests and form the world’s “Largest Human Image of a Safety Vest” at the Construction Safety Week Carnival today (September 23), successfully setting a new Guiness World Record.
