To advise the Lantau Development Advisory Committee on the traffic and transport needs and related implications arising from proposals to develop Lantau. The implications to be addressed include, but are not limited to, the traffic arrangements necessary to support the development proposals, the constraints in putting these arrangements in place, and the feasible options in overcoming the constraints.
